Petros was the captain of the USC football team his senior year. His position was tailback. Running backs get hit hard, and multiple injuries are commonplace.
Petros Papadakis injury was his foot. Despite conservative treatment it persisted. He played most of his senior year in pain. It certainly had an effect on his performance, so much so his college to professional football ranks dream was cut short. Luckily, his gift was his intelligence, quick wit, and a sports broadcasting career was born. Dr. Lox and Petros were discussing his college football career, and he noted while a senior at USC (University of California at Los Angeles), he had played against Derrick Brooks and the Florida State Seminoles. Small world. One thing led to another, and Derrick was invited to call in and be interviewed by Petros and Money on their LA Sports Talk radio.
