A 71-year-old former active athlete had developed progressive knee pain and debility.
The osteoarthritis (OA) was severe enough his orthopedic surgeon had recommended a knee replacement. He had difficulty getting off the couch and his grandson wanted him better to play catch with him. He decided to pursue knee stem cell treatment with Dr. Lox as an alternative to knee replacement surgery.
