76 Year-old Gentlemen Enjoys Life One Year Post Stem Cell Therapy
My 76-year-old male patient was, at first, a bit skeptical at first about the concept of stem cell therapy. However even his own doctor had been treated by Dennis M. Lox, MD, and experienced great improvement. That was enough to get him to consult with Dr.Lox. He did have extensive arthritis but he did not not want a total knee replacement. He decided to proceed with regenerative medicine therapies and had Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Stem Cell Therapy. One year later, he is enjoying golf without any pain . The only thing that troubles him is certain bowling maneuvers, but that hasn’t stopped him from doing it. Over all he feels he has made significant progress and his quality of life and ability to participate in sports has made his treatment a success.
An increase in age does not have to correlate with a decrease in the quality of life. Just take a look at the three iconic actors pictured above. Each of them is, or will be, 76 in 2013. And, while they may be acting less, or not at all, they are certainly not letting the number ’76’ get in the way of living a full-life. If pain is getting in the way of your enjoyment of life – no matter what your age – reach out to Dr. Lox and find out more about your options.
